Housing Choice Voucher Program

Our community proudly accepts Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), also known as Section 8, which is a federal program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that helps eligible individuals and families afford quality housing in the private rental market. Under the program, a portion of the resident’s rent is covered through a housing assistance payment made to the property by the local Public Housing Authority (PHA). We work closely with residents and the appropriate housing agency to follow all applicable program requirements, including required documentation, rent approval, inspections, and housing quality standards. Our team is committed to maintaining safe, well-maintained homes and complying with the requirements established by HUD and the applicable housing authority throughout the resident’s tenancy.
